The game won't start / crashes on launch.

Make sure your device is updated, restart it, and ensure you have enough free storage. If it persists, contact us with your device model, Android version, and what you were doing when it happened — crash diagnostics help us fix it faster.

My progress disappeared / didn't save.

Game progress (coins, gems, XP/level, best distance and score, unlocks, cosmetics, badges, season-pass progress, daily-challenge state) is saved locally on your device. There is no account or cloud save in this version, so uninstalling the app, clearing its data, or moving to a new device will reset progress. We're sorry if you lost progress — contact us and we'll help where we can.

How do I change lanes / jump / slide?

Swipe left/right to change lanes, up to jump, and down to slide. You can tune audio, haptics, and accessibility options (Large Text, Colorblind Mode, Reduced Motion) in Settings.

What are coins and gems?

They're in-game collectibles you pick up while running and use inside the game. They are not real money and cannot be exchanged for money.

Are cosmetics pay-to-win?

No. Skins, pet skins, trails, and frames are visual only — they never affect gameplay or give an advantage.

Are the leagues/leaderboards online?

Leagues and leaderboards are asynchronous and local in this version — you compete on scores, not in real time, and there is no live online community or multiplayer.

Ads.

The game shows an ad after a run (on return to the hub) and optional opt-in rewarded ads. Ads never appear during active gameplay.

In-app purchases / refunds.

This version does not sell in-app purchases. If purchases are added in a future version, they will be sold through Google Play, and any refund requests would be handled per Google Play's refund policy (Play Store → your account → order history), in addition to contacting us.
